We encourage you to choose the payment option that feels most aligned for you. If your plans shift, we’ve created a structure that offers flexibility early on while ensuring the sustainability of the retreat as we get closer to the event.
Early Bird Offering
Guests who register between May 1 and May 31, 2026 will receive 10% off the total retreat price.

$300 deposit due at registration
Remaining balance split into 3 payments
Payments charged June 15, July 1, and July 15, 2026

Cancel by June 1, 2026:
Full Refund
All payments made will be refunded in full.

50% Refund
You will receive 50% of all payments made. Remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.
