Soulful Synergy Sessions: A Lunar New Year Sound, Movement & Reflection Experience
You are warmly invited to a special edition of Soulful Synergy Sessions, an intentionally curated community wellness experience designed to help you realign, release, and renew as we transition into the energy of the Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse.
Co-hosted by SoulSpeak Expressions, WellTyme, and Harmonious World, this immersive gathering brings together sound healing, gentle yoga, and guided journaling to support deep reflection and embodied intention-setting for the season ahead.

This two-hour experience is designed to create a sacred, inclusive space where community connection and personal transformation converge.
What to Expect
As we enter the Lunar New Year – a time traditionally associated with renewal, clarity, and aligned intention– this session invites you to pause, recalibrate, and consciously step into the next chapter of your life.
Together, we will move through three integrated experiences:
Cleansing Sound Bath with Tamiko French
Be immersed in an expansive environment of sound designed to realign your vibrational energy centers.
Tamiko French, founding artisan of SoulSpeak Expressions and certified sound and crystal healing practitioner, will guide you through a deeply restorative sound bath experience. Drawing from ancient sound meditation practices and modern vibrational healing techniques, Tamiko uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, tongue drum, and other sacred sound tools to create a field of resonance that supports nervous system regulation and energetic balance.
Sound healing is rooted in the understanding that everything in the universe vibrates at a frequency—including our bodies. When stress, environmental factors, or emotional strain disrupt our natural resonance, intentional sound can help bring us back into harmony. Participants often report:

You will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive.
Gentle Yoga & Mindful Movement with Kelly Shay
Kelly Shay, founder of Harmonious World and Harmonious Wellness, will lead a grounding and accessible yoga flow designed for all bodies and experience levels.
With over two decades of experience in community health, mindfulness, and inclusive wellness practices, Kelly Shay blends breathwork, gentle strengthening, and intuitive movement to create space for embodied awareness. Her teaching is rooted in cultural humility, accessibility, and empowerment, offering practices that feel both nurturing and revitalizing.
This session will focus on:
Breath awareness and nervous system regulation
Fluid, intentional movement
Gentle stretching and strengthening
Releasing stagnant energy
Creating space for inner peace and clarity
Kelly’s approach weaves spirit, movement, and community into a practice that is both grounded and radiant.
Guided Journaling & Reflection
Following movement and sound, we will transition into a guided journaling and reflective integration practice facilitated by the Soulful Synergy team.
The Lunar New Year offers a powerful energetic reset. Through intentional prompts and quiet reflection, you will be invited to:
Release what no longer serves you
Clarify what you are calling in
Reflect on lessons from the past season
Align with your values and vision for the year ahead
Set embodied intentions rooted in truth and self-trust
